Our visors are made from Yulex natural rubber foam, a sustainable alternative to non-degradable neoprene. Sandwiched between layers of recycled polyester, the material is printed using water-based inks by Bristol-based Carry On Screening, a company powered entirely by renewable energy.

Each visor is one of a kind—cut from printed sheets of Yulex, meaning the top-side pattern varies slightly on every hat, making yours truly unique!
